Technical Skills
Role:
- Support customers and users in the analysis and definition of business needs and requirements, provide specifications and keep these updated.
- Ensure integrity and consistency of the end-to-end solution by detailing requirements and use cases across the different applications and services.
- Design and refine the end-to-end solution across application landscape and document business and IT requirements.
- Verify requests with Product Owners to be aligned with the product evolution strategy.
Tasks
- Gather development cost estimates during project initiation.
- Be the first contact person for Product Owners during the demand and delivery process.
- Manage project assignments and coordinate technical alignments within own and across other squads.
- Write business specifications to support development team in delivering the expected value
- Maintain an up-to-date product documentation.
- Support DevOps team in problem analysis
- Ensure proper communication on detailed requirements & use-cases to the relevant stakeholders (especially towards delivery teams).
- Support junior business engineers in their development
- Contribute to improvements on our business engineering approach as well as our value chain
General Requirements
- 6+ years experience in IT Business Analysis, requirement engineering or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with both business and technical teams
- Proficiency in process mapping (e.g., BPMN), modelling (e.g. UML), and requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Practical knowledge in documenting complex systems for users and clients
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Experience in fraud detection or payments domain (optional but beneficial).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
