Key Responsibilities
. Lead sessions and workshops to gather, analyse, and validate business and user requirements.
. Translate business needs into clear user journeys, process flows, wireframes, and functional solution designs.
. Define product scope, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritise requirements with stakeholders.
. Act as the bridge between business, UX, and engineering teams by providing requirement clarification throughout the development lifecycle.
. Facilitate solution discussions, manage dependencies, resolve ambiguities, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
. Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
. Identify opportunities to improve business processes, user experience, and product outcomes through data-driven analysis and user feedback.
Experience & Skills
. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, UX Analyst or similar role in digital product delivery.
. Proven experience conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, and managing complex business requirements.
. Strong ability to create user journeys, process flows, wireframes, and low- to medium-fidelity prototypes.
. Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers.
. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other product delivery tools is preferred.
. Knowledge of UX principles, Design Thinking, and service design methodologies is an advantage.
