Job Title: Business Analyst with SQL
Location: Airoli, Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 4–6 years of experience who possesses strong SQL skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product teams
Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
Required Skills:
Good experience in SQL (joins, subqueries, stored procedures, performance tuning
Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
