Responsibilities
- Perform defect triage to assess severity, impact, and prioritization of issues across systems.
- Conduct detailed defect analysis and propose effective resolution approaches aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Design and document solutions for defects and work items, ensuring clarity for development and implementation.
- Develop and execute data validation processes to support program integrity and ensure accuracy of system outputs.
- Manage Maintenance & Operations (M&O) activities, including identifying root causes, resolving production issues, and implementing minor system enhancements to address gaps. Create and maintain data integrity queries to proactively detect inconsistencies and prevent downstream system impacts.
- Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL Server to support troubleshooting, validation, and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and continuous system improvement.
