Job Title:Business Analyst Full-Time Position

Reportingto: Sr. Manager,

External Shift timings: 3 PM IST onwards till 3:00 AM IST (Flexible to work in any shift as per Business need)

Work location: Work from the office is preferred.

About the Role The Strategic Advisory team is looking for a consulting-calibre business professional to join our team. The individual needs to work well in both an autonomous role and a team setting. We are looking for someone with a desire to learn and enhance their skills, an internal drive to excel, and an interest in developing their career within a fast-paced organisation. This also includes client-facing interactions and requires a high level of analytical and visualisation expertise. What You Will Do

• Apply critical thinking and advanced Microsoft Excel skills to provide analytical support for client requests
• Identify trends in large datasets to help drive strategic decision-making
• Develop insightful presentations and dashboards to showcase key program achievements and market trends
• Create data visualizations into Power BI that facilitate quick and actionable conclusions
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and provide data-backed recommendations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions for complex business challenges
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Work independently in a detail-oriented and fast-paced environment

What You Will Need

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, HR, Procurement, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 35+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related fields
• PL 300 or Fabric certification as mandatory Microsoft
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements, and data modelling)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-driven mindset
• Ability to conduct in-depth research, synthesize information, and present findings clearly
• Commitment to client service excellence and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and automation tools is a plus
