Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for BI and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualization requirements.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and successful implementation of BI solutions.
• Assist in documenting business processes, workflows, and project requirements.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in BI, data analytics, or reporting projects.
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis concepts.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Background in process analysis and business process improvement.
