Key Responsibilities:
- Produce business requirements to inform future state design and ensure alignment with overall domain strategy.
- Build, manage, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
- Support teams in articulating ideas and requirements using formats such as use cases, user journeys, user stories, and illustrations.
- Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles.
- Interact with customers, key stakeholders, and team members to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs.
- Analyse existing system documentation to summarise functionality relevant to ongoing work.
- Support identification of team priorities based on feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the team.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and methodologies, with experience working in an Agile environment.
- Appropriate business analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, CPRE, BAX).
- Experience in trade finance and supply chain finance domain.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 regulatory changes.
- Experience working on transformation projects and leading platforms for trade.
