Job Requirements

Demonstrable, hands-on proficiency in Requirement Gathering and Analysis,

including the ability to translate complex business needs into detailed functional

and technical specifications (a must-have requirement).

• 5+ years of dedicated experience working on API-driven products, system
  
  

integrations, and data mapping.

• Strong understanding of RESTful web services, technical architecture, and how
  
  

business logic integrates with Java-based backend systems.

• Expert experience in API Documentation and Management (e.g., using Swagger,
  
  

Postman, or Confluence) and a commitment to maintaining clear, versioncontrolled requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify edge
  
  

cases and perform root-cause analysis on complex business processes.

• Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability
  
  

to translate between technical developers and non-technical business clients or

executives.

• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, manage product backlogs, and thrive as a
  
  

functional lead in a fast-paced, agile environment.
