Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and gather detailed requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through data-driven insights.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including business cases, process maps, and user stories to facilitate implementation.
  • Assist in defining functional specifications for technology solutions and coordinate with technical teams during development.
  • Conduct requirement validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Support in testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews to ensure deliverables meet business needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: Proficiency in data analysis and requirements gathering, experience with SQL and Excel, strong stakeholder communication skills, process modeling expertise, knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
  • Preferred: Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA), familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
