Position: Business Analyst - Veeva eQMS SQM

Location: India - Major Cities near IBM Office (Must be able to work from IBM office)

Duration: Long term contract

Business Analyst with extensive experience in Agile delivery, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and a solid background in system validation. This role will focus on supporting the implementation of Veeva SQM Module (Supplier Quality Management) in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications (where applicable), and validation documentation (e.g., Test Scripts, etc.).

- Veeva configuration, administration, and ongoing enhancements.

- Collaborate with QA, business, and IT teams on validation activities to maintain compliance (e.g., CSV, GxP).

- Contribute to sprint planning and Agile methodology to drive continuous delivery.

Qualifications:

5+ years as a Business Analyst with Veeva SQM application in a regulated life sciences/pharma environment.

Strong understanding of Veeva eQMS, with a particular focus on SQM

Hands-on experience with Veeva Admin tasks (e.g., user management, metadata, workflows).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and system validation processes.

Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear, actionable user stories and validation deliverables.
