Business Analyst

• Manage the resolution of incidents with timely communication, critical issue analysis and review within SLA (service level agreement)
• Analyze and drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Perform issue severity assessment based on impact to the business, and prioritize accordingly
• Apply learning to deployments of replacement products and platforms
• Lead and support large projects within the migration workstream
• Collaborate with multiple vendor partners and internal teams to resolve migration challenges
• Participate in development and implementation tests
• Ensure overall success of the migration program

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of business travel experience, understanding of both online and traditional business
• Good knowledge of multiple global distribution systems (GDS) – including Sabre and Apollo/Galileo
• Experience working with robotics tools, APIs and web services technology, Windows O/S platforms
• Strong MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus
• Understand the software development lifecycle
