Business Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5-8 Years

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst / Delivery Governance professional to drive governance excellence, stakeholder coordination, insights generation, and action tracking across delivery and business operations functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own governance cadence and manage governance reviews.
• Drive stakeholder coordination to gather inputs and ensure process adoption.
• Generate actionable insights by identifying risks, gaps, and trends.
• Proactively track actions, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure closure.
• Manage governance calendars, trackers, and executive reporting.
• Support leadership with operational dashboards and business insights.

Required Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in governance, reporting, and operational reviews.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau preferred.

Education: MBA preferred (not mandatory)
