Role: Business Analyst / Sr Business Analyst

Work Location: Chennai – Corporate Office

Work Days & Mode: Monday to Saturday – Work from Office

Experience: Minimum 7 years in the analytics/analyst role.

Industry preference: Pharmacy / Hospital background is advantageous. 

1. End-to-End Pharmacy Operations: Strong knowledge of both OP and IP pharmacy operations.

2. Hospital Pharmacy Business: Sound understanding of hospital workflows, particularly in relation to OP pharmacy business.

3. Industry Trends & Technology: Awareness of current and emerging trends in pharmacy operations, including technological advancements and process upgrades.

4. Business Analytics: Ability to analyse Doctor Trends vis-à-vis Pharmacy Sales and derive actionable business insights.

5. Doctor Profiling & Engagement: Strong understanding of doctor profiling and doctor-connect initiatives, including their day-to-day involvement in pharmacy and hospital operations.

6. Business Strategy & Merchandising: Strategic thinking and sound merchandising knowledge to drive and scale pharmacy business.

7. Interpersonal & People Management: Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of management appraisal methodologies.

8. C-Level Reporting: Good understanding of reporting formats and communication requirements at the C-suite level.

9. Pharma Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, molecules, and chronic and acute medications will be an added advantage.

10. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, particularly with consultants, will be an added advantage.

11. TAT Management: Understanding of the Turnaround Time (TAT) ratio and its application in pharmacy operations.

12. Customer Experience: Sound knowledge of CSAT and NPS initiatives and drives.

13. MS Office & PowerPoint: Hands-on proficiency in MS Office applications and PowerPoint, including preparation of management presentations and reports.
