Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Brussels, Belgium. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and providing data-driven insights. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business processes, and delivering actionable solutions that drive efficiency and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and solution development
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and presenting findings
• Experience in evaluating Business Processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Prior experience in defining and managing Business Requirements
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with SAP solutions or familiarity with digital transformation projects is a plus
