Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong exposure to travel technology and digital payments. This role focuses on translating business goals into well-defined requirements while ensuring smooth booking journeys and reliable payment experiences across travel platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for travel booking systems, itineraries, and payment flows
- Define user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Analyze and improve payment performance, success rates, fraud, and chargebacks
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable payment integrations
- Support UAT by validating test scenarios and business outcomes
- Track KPIs and create insights using SQL, Excel, or BI tools
- Coordinate with payment providers, banks, and fraud teams
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in travel tech or fintech
- Experience with OTA platforms, travel APIs, and payment gateways
- Knowledge of PCI compliance, Agile/Scrum, and data analysis tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
