Business Analyst Trainee

This is a full-time Business Analyst role based on-site at Enviropol's headquarters in Noida. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather and document business requirements, and propose optimized solutions to drive operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed analysis, liaising between stakeholders and the technical team, preparing business requirement documents, and assisting in the development and implementation of business solutions. The role involves translating technical concepts into business terms and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Process mapping
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify trends
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience in defining, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a forward-thinking mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage
