Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, playing a key part in delivering technology that drives success. you'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure our IT solutions align with business objectives making you a critical contributor to our clients growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Analyze and model business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and deliver value.
• Perform testing and validation of IT solutions to confirm they meet business needs, requirements, and quality standards.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to share progress, resolve issues, and align teams.
• Track project milestones and ensure deliverables align with business goals.
• Keep updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.

Requirements (Qualifications / Experience / Competencies)

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in an IT or tech-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT project delivery.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Miro, Draw.io and requirements management software (eg, Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (eg, SQL, Python) or visualization platforms (eg, Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
• Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA or CCBA are a plus
