We're Hiring: Business Analyst - Conga CLM
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Conga CLM exposure to work on complex, large-scale Agile programs.
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Client:Deloitte
Notice Period: Immediate joiner
Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Conga CLM implementations
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
- Configure Conga CLM workflows, templates, clause libraries, and approval processes
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers for integrations and enhancements
- Support UAT, training, and post-go-live activities
- Identify process improvements and ensure best practices in contract management
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 57 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CLM or contract management solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Conga CLM (Apttus)
- Experience working in Salesforce environments
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes (authoring, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals)
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with integrations, reporting, and workflow automation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Conga CLM or Salesforce certifications
