Description and Requirements

Must have 6+ years of experience.
Experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Data migration and database transformation projects.
Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases).
Experience working with ETL processes, data mapping, and data transformation.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
