Business Analyst - Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Call PhD students and researchers to explain our services
• Understand their research needs and share suitable service options
• Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-up status
• Follow up regularly to convert leads into clients
• Work with the sales and technical team to ensure smooth onboarding
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets
• Keep CRM and reports updated with accurate lead information
