Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst - Configuration Specialist who thrives in a fast paced,

highly dynamic environment and is passionate about working with tech

products. This role requires high ownership, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to adapt

to changing requirements. You will be responsible for configuring business journeys on

our low-code platform and collaborating closely with engineering, product, QA, and

program teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Configure business workflows and journeys on the low-code platform using its in-built

capabilities.

· Work with Postman, APIs, and PgAdmin (basic SQL queries) to support configurations

and troubleshoot issues.

· Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and program managers to ensure

accurate implementation.

· Analyze business requirements, validate feasibility, and provide insights on

configurations.

· Ensure error-free configuration with a keen eye for detail and logical structuring.

· Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, working with tech teams to resolve

them efficiently.

· Adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and work efficiently under high pressure

situations.

· Document configuration processes and share knowledge with internal stakeholders.

· Knowledge of API integrations and data flow between systems.
