About The Role

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital's dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable technical specifications. You will be instrumental in shaping innovative solutions that are used by thousands to millions of users globally. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of business processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
• Proven expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
• Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring requirements are accurately implemented.
• Support solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and successful production rollouts.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in change management activities, including process documentation and the development of training materials.
• Ensure that all delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
