Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4+ years of

experience to join our growing delivery team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

understanding business needs, translating product requirements into clear

documentation, and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical

teams including Developers, QA, and Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product owners, clients, and internal stakeholders to gather, analyse,

and define business requirements.

• Convert business and product needs into clear functional requirements, user stories,

process flows, and documentation.

• Proactively identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities during the

requirement gathering phase.

• Act as the communication bridge between Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and

Delivery teams.

• Ensure requirements are clearly understood by all teams and support smooth execution

throughout the SDLC.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT support, and release coordination.

• Clarify requirements during development and testing phases.

• Support change requests, enhancements, and continuous product improvements.

• Create business process maps, workflows, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance

criteria.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development

or implementation projects.

• Strong analytical thinking with a proactive mindset.

• Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.

• Ability to understand product vision and convert ideas into structured deliverables.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong articulation and presentation ability.

• Experience working closely with Developers, QA teams, and cross-functional delivery

teams.

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence etc.

referred / Good to Have

• Experience in Property Tech / PropTech, Real Estate platforms, or CRM systems.

• Experience in SaaS products or enterprise software platforms.

• Exposure to end-to-end software implementation projects.

• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and system workflows.
