Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, you will ensure that business needs are effectively met through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, and process mapping
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and analytical tools
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
