Job Objective

To analyse business requirements, coordinate with technical teams, improve business processes, and support digital transformation through technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, FRS, wireframes, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, project managers, and QA teams.
• Perform gap analysis and impact analysis.
• Support Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, and UAT.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
• Identify process automation and AI-based improvement opportunities.
• Support API integration, SDLC, project estimation, and release management.

Required Skills

• Business Analysis and Requirement Engineering.
• Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
• JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• API integration and system architecture.
• SDLC, CMMI, DevOps, CI/CD, and GitHub.
• Stakeholder management and communication.
• AI/ML, RPA, and automation knowledge.

Essential Experience

Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst / Software Tester / BPR / GPR professional, with experience in cross-functional teams and enterprise applications.

Desirable Skills

• AWS / Azure cloud platforms.
• MIS dashboards and data visualization.
• Cybersecurity, IT governance, and DPDP Act 2023.
• VAPT, security audits, and compliance.
• AI-powered analytics and automation.

Preferred Certifications

CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CABA, SAFe, Scrum, or Data Analytics/AI certifications.
