Position: Business Analyst
Location: Bhopal
Employment Type: Contractual (Up to 1 Year through Outsourced Agency Extendable based on performance)
Job Objective
The Business Analyst will act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into structured, data-driven solutions. The role focuses on driving digital transformation, process optimization, and value delivery through Agile methodologies, analytics, and AI-enabled technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, FRS, wireframes, user stories, process flows, and use case documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution evaluation.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release management.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, MIS reports, and analytical insights.
- Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, and AI-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with business strategy, IT governance standards, and user experience objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management initiatives.
- Contribute to project estimation and techno-commercial proposal development.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of API integrations, SDLC, and system architecture.
- Knowledge of CMMI Level 3 (or above) quality processes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub.
- Experience using AI tools for requirement analysis and predictive insights.
- Exposure to automation, RPA, AI/ML use cases, and intelligent workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Educational Qualification
Essential:
- BE / B.Tech (IT / Computer Science / AIML)
- OR
- Post-Graduation in IT / Computer Science / Computer Applications / AIML
Preferred:
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Software Tester / BPR / GPR.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale applications with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Understanding of Data Centre infrastructure and hardware requirements.
- Familiarity with web-based dashboards, MIS systems, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, compliance standards, and DPDP Act 2023.
- Exposure to VAPT, security audits, and statutory IT audits.
