We're Hiring: Business Analyst– Supply Chain Finance

Experience: 7+ years in Transaction Banking / Open Account Trade; 10+ years in Banking

We are looking for an experienced Tester / Business Analyst – Supply Chain Finance professional with strong expertise in Transaction Banking, Open Account Trade, Supply Chain Finance, and Receivables Finance.

The ideal candidate will combine strong business and functional knowledge with hands-on experience in testing, requirements analysis, Agile delivery, process transformation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Open Account Trade Products.
• Understand business objectives, strategic priorities, customer needs, and operational challenges, and translate them into effective technology and digital solutions.
• Define, document, and analyze business functions, processes, requirements, and system capabilities.
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and detailed user stories, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and actionable.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize backlog items and deliver incremental business value.
• Review and validate SIT and UAT test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of positive, negative, functional, and non-functional scenarios.
• Participate in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation to ensure products meet business, product, and customer requirements.
• Ensure system design and functionality remain aligned with business objectives and end-user needs.
• Identify opportunities for business process transformation, optimization, and re-engineering, while challenging non-value-added changes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Operations, Technology, UX, Sales, and other stakeholders within a global team environment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to an Agile delivery framework.
• Support product intent discussions and communicate business requirements and customer value effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for relevant product modules.
• Take ownership of product documentation, requirements, testing artifacts, and overall quality of deliverables.
• Provide guidance and work direction to team members on designated projects or assignments.
• Stay current with regional and international developments across the Open Account Trade and Supply Chain Finance ecosystem.

Key Requirements & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Banking, with at least 7+ years in Transaction Banking / Open Account Trade Products.
• Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance.
• Proven experience in business analysis, functional testing, SIT, UAT, and requirements management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Certified Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification/experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in writing BRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and test specifications.
• Strong experience in process documentation and business process re-engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, product, technology, and operations teams.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into practical solutions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX and customer experience principles is desirable.
