Plan onboardings, Participant enrolments, eligibility, vesting, loans, withdrawals, Distributions, Hardship withdrawals, fund changes
Plan conversions & implementations: participant data validation, contribution rule mapping, investment fund transitions
Regulatory knowledge: translating ERISA, IRS, and DOL compliance requirements into business/system processes
Qualified and Nonqualified plan enrolment flows and enhancements
different type of retirement sources and funds Business requirements gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and traceability to business needs
User story writing, acceptance criteria definition, backlog grooming, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Process & data flow mapping; gap/impact analysis across retirement plan modules
Cross-functional collaboration with development, QA, operations, and client stakeholders
JIRA & Confluence for backlog management, documentation, tracking, and reporting
Business process improvement methodologies and delivery transparency
