Sikich India is looking for a high-potential Business Analyst to join our Strategy & AI Innovation team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders (former Big 4, ex-WPP and ex-MBB) across the US and India, contributing to strategic transformation, operational improvement, and AI-driven productivity initiatives across multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives focused on operational improvement, productivity enhancement, and business transformation through AI-enabled value creation opportunities.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and value creation.
- Use AI tools and modern analytical techniques to accelerate problem-solving, research, process analysis, and decision-making.
- Document and analyze end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, dependencies, and digitally enabled opportunities for improvement.
- Benchmark current operations against industry best practices and help develop recommendations to improve performance.
- Support the design, execution, and measurement of AI-enabled productivity and transformation initiatives.
- Drive pilots, implementation efforts, and impact tracking to ensure recommendations translate into measurable business outcomes.
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and executive-ready materials for leadership discussions and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders across multiple functions, teams, and businesses.
Qualifications
- Graduate (or recent graduate) in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or Management Studies from top universities.
- 0–4 years of experience in advisory roles (preferably Big 4), with exposure to process analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and business.
Preference will be given to candidates from top-tier/leading universities and institutions with a strong academic track record.
