About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify opportunities, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver solutions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and business optimization.
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution.
• Ensure clear documentation of business processes and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with business process modeling tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Basic understanding of data analysis or business intelligence concepts.
