Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, document functional and technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.
SQL Queries: Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
API Integration: Hands-on experience in integrating APIs for seamless data exchange between different systems and platforms.
Solution Design & Database Architecture: Knowledge of solution design principles and database architecture is preferred. Ability to work with the development team to design and implement robust technical solutions.
Life Insurance Domain: Strong understanding of the Life Insurance domain, including
policy management, claims processing, underwriting, and actuarial functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 5- 10 years of relevant experience as a Technical Business Analyst,
preferably in the Life Insurance industry.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and API integration.
Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance business processes and
terminology.
Stability: At least 3 years of experience in a single company or organization,
demonstrating stability and continuity in career progression.
Immediate Joiners: Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period
will be preferred.
