About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and execution-oriented Business Analyst to help solve complex business problems and support data-driven decision-making across Snabbit.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Category, Product, Growth, and Finance—to identify opportunities, track business performance, improve processes, and drive high-impact initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, finding patterns, and converting insights into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business performance across cities, categories, and customer segments.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for key business metrics.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through structured data analysis.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for business teams.
• Work closely with Operations, Product, Growth, Category, and Finance teams on strategic projects.
• Track metrics such as demand, fulfilment, customer retention, service quality, productivity, and unit economics.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to understand performance deviations and operational challenges.
• Support business planning, forecasting, target setting, and performance reviews.
• Design and evaluate experiments aimed at improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Automate recurring reports and improve the accuracy and efficiency of decision-making processes.
• Take end-to-end ownership of analytical projects—from defining the problem to implementing and measuring solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of experience in business analytics, strategy, operations, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to ambiguous problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience analysing large datasets.
• Familiarity with visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
• Strong business judgement and the ability to connect data insights with business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for action.

Good to Have

• Experience in a consumer internet, marketplace, hyperlocal, logistics, or high-growth startup.
• Exposure to Python or other analytical tools.
• Understanding of marketplace metrics, customer funnels, operational efficiency, and unit economics.
• Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders.
