Business Analyst Automation Power Platform
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Business Analyst with strong experience in
automation-driven initiatives . The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the successful implementation of
automation and digital transformation solutions .
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using standard artifacts such as BRD, FRD, use cases, and user stories .
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of requirements.
- Support automation initiatives using Power Platform, Power Apps, IDP, UiPath, and AI-based solutions .
- Perform data analysis and process analysis to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure alignment of requirements with project scope, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Assist in UAT planning, test case review, and defect triaging to ensure solution quality.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to provide status updates and address concerns.
Required Skills Qualifications- Proven experience as a Business Analyst , preferably with a focus on automation or digital transformation projects .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Hands-on or functional understanding of:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- RPA tools such as UiPath
- IDP (Intelligent Document Processing)
- AI / ML-based automation concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and project delivery practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple dependencies.
Good to Have
- Experience working on enterprise automation or low-code/no-code platforms
- Exposure to BPM, process modeling, or digital workflow tools
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Power Platform (preferred, not mandatory)
