Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful implementation.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
SharePoint Development & Administration
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online/On-Prem solutions.
Build and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
Manage permissions, governance, and security policies.
Implement document management and collaboration solutions.
Configure SharePoint forms, metadata, and content types.
Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide user support.
Ensure platform performance, compliance, and best practices.
