The Position

Senior Business Analyst - Technology Practice Group

The Expert will leverage their deep domain knowledge and external network to drive C-level/senior candidate recommendations and/or mid-level candidate development. The Expert is expected to function autonomously as required. However, the Segment and Practice experts and consultants work collectively as a team for candidate idea generation, references and client assignment work. This role will be visible to clients and will be expected to help develop key account strategies. This is an individual contributor role and the Expert will work closely in collaboration with Experts and Consultant colleagues around the world as a fully integrated team member on senior-level, Egon Zehnder 4 international projects. Our new colleague will receive prime guidance from Smita Gupta, Technology Practice Group Specialist based in KCI and Ravi Yadav, Expert Head, KCI.

Required knowledge/experience:

Post Graduate from an accredited academic institution
