Role Description

Seceon is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a full-time, remote role. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth business analysis to gather and document requirements, understanding business processes, and contributing to the development of optimized solutions. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams on a day-to-day basis, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Requirements gathering, and Business Process optimization
• Strong Analytical Skills to facilitate data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and convey complex ideas clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or related technical industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
