Job Description

  • 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and a strong client-facing presence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing.
  • Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders.
  • Clears project obstacles and impediments that could slow down the team s progress.
  • Coaches the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Help the team understand scrum values and principles.
  • Experience working with US customers is desirable.
  • Background in US healthcare is preferable. Exposure to the payer side is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to technology (.Net, SQL Server) will be an advantage.
  • People with QA background but working as a BA during the last 2 years are also welcome.
