Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science or other related fields preferred. Will accept suitable combination of education and experience.
5+ years of working as Business Analyst in Manufacturing domain.
Exposure to SAP ERP process across SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI etc, S/4HANA, ARIBA, CFIN etc.
Experience defining solutions for Data analytics, reporting & AI.
Understanding of Data modeling, SQL queries.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
Requirement gathering, writing BRDs, working closely with business stakeholders, data validation, testing, conducting UATs.
Prepare presentations, map business processes to SAP processes. Act as Bridge between business and technical teams.
End to end ownership of solution deliverables.
Proven ability to deliver on commitments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Business process acumen and ability to map processes to data models and architectures
Working understanding of Agile methodologies and principles such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, and XP Programming, and how they're applied in workplace culture
Note: Experience in Manufacturing Domain is Mandatory.
