Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Business Analyst (Salesforce CRM) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and ensuring optimal utilization of Salesforce CRM to improve sales, service, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand sales, service, and CRM requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Translate business needs into Salesforce configurations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Support Salesforce features such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Reports
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers during design, development, and deployment
- Create process maps, workflows, and data flow diagrams
- Assist in UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect tracking
- Ensure data accuracy, data migration support, and system adoption
- Prepare dashboards and reports to track sales performance and KPIs
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
- Support release management and change management processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce CRM
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and user stories
- Hands-on experience with reports, dashboards, and data analysis
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
