Business Analyst - Salesforce Automation

Role & responsibilities

• Support roll-out of Salesforce application in V-Guard (Priority focus Sunflame Business)
• Act as a Business Analyst for all developments and enhancements in SFDC and related Sales tech platforms
• Perform business testing and validation of change requests, enhancements, and new developments implemented on the SFDC platform.
• Support sales operation activities managed through SFDC.
• Administer user management activities in the SFDC application, including user creation, modification, access management, and support.
• Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute user training, knowledge-sharing, and adoption initiatives.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support process improvement initiatives and drive the adoption of new features, system enhancements, and business process automation across the organization to improve operational efficiency and user productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/BTech/MBA/BSc/BCA/MCA
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in any Sales CRM preferably Salesforce
• Knowledge of AWS, Tableau, Mobile application is a plus
• Should have good communication skills. Should be proficient in English and Hindi.
