Business Analyst (5+ Years Experience)We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team. You will work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage tasks and track progress in JIRA
- Maintain documentation in Confluence
- Collaborate with QA, engineering, and stakeholders
- Support Agile ceremonies and sprint activities
Required Skills- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Strong expertise in documentation and requirement gathering
- Hands-on with JIRA and Confluence
- Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, and integrations
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum
- Salesforce certification (mandatory)
