We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering and documenting client requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive client conversations effectively.
Location: Mumbai Thane
Shift timing: Geneal shift (working hours as per bank)
Total 7 years, with minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
1. Experience in Retail Banking (Housing Loans, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, etc.)
2. Expertise in areas such as Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Lifecycle Mapping, Process Mapping for Customer Onboarding, and Customer Experience (CX) Mapping.
