Business Analyst - Remote

As a Business Analyst, you will be the ground truth owner of workflows and decision logic. You will work closely with client stakeholders, supply chain consultants, data scientists, and engineers to document current-state processes, define future-state workflows, and ensure solutions align with how work actually gets done.

Location: Bengaluru, India | Remote (with periodic client travel)

What You'll Do

1. Discover & Document Workflows (40%)

- Understand end-to-end business processes through stakeholder interviews

- Document current-state workflows, decision points, exceptions, and handoffs

- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual interventions

2. Translate Business into System Requirements (30%)

- Convert workflows into functional requirements and user stories

- Define business rules, decision logic, and acceptance criteria

- Ensure requirements are clearly understood by technical teams

3. Support Solution Design & Validation (20%)

- Review solution designs for process alignment

- Support UAT, validation, and go-live readiness

- Enable business users to adopt new workflows

4. Build Reusable Process Assets (10%)

- Create standard workflow templates and artifacts

- Contribute to internal playbooks and accelerators

Who You Are

- 69 years of experience as a Business Analyst

- Strong workflow and process documentation skills

- Experience in consulting or enterprise environments
