The position involves leveraging data analysis to optimise business processes, drive client account growth, and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data to uncover trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Design data-driven dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and trends.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into data solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to guide product, marketing, and operations strategies.
- Support forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis across departments.
- Present insights clearly using visualizations and storytelling techniques for executive audiences.
- Analyse client payment data to identify opportunities for process optimisation, enhancing revenue realisation and minimising financial exposure associated with delayed payments.
- Contribute to increasing business from existing clients.
- Help reduce manual effort for teams involved in client management and finance operations, leading to savings in manhours.
- Monitor key business metrics.
- Highlight any concerns/red flags and optimise opportunities to senior management for business growth.
- Develop tailored strategies for accounts to expand their service use and drive high growth.
- Understand friction points stopping account growth.
- Work with Risk to open additional scope.
Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in business or data analysis.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business value.
- Strong communication skills for conveying insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for quick data analysis.
