Mandatory Skills

Business analysis experience in sales operations or revenue

operations domain, focused on data visualizations.

Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements

into actionable specifications.

Experience in defining KPIs and metrics across customer lifecycle

(ARR, MRR, churn, renewal rate, pipeline coverage, forecast

accuracy).

Exposure to data visualization concepts (not hands-on

development).

Skilled in stakeholder engagement with RevOps, SalesOps, Sales,

Customer Success, and Finance teams.

Proficiency in creating user stories, functional specifications,

wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

Experience with UAT coordination and supporting QA processes.

Good to have skills

Understanding of data architecture principles for effective handoff to

technical teams.

Change management and post-deployment validation experience.

Experience translating business requirements to technical teams

related to Salesforce or other CRMs.
