We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst - Reconciliations
In This Role, You Will
- Identify, review and analyse business processes and systems to understand design implications across Business, IT and Operations Support reengineering of processes, where process is one of the many parts of the change, and provide detailed guidance on process design (considering risk, end-to-end and cost)
- Gathering Requirements from Business, Collaborating with IT for the program delivery
- Building Recs in DUCO and TLM Platform, Migrating Manual Recs into DUCO
- Testing of the Recs in Duco and TLM. Managing Stakeholders and updating Status
- Developing and Managing Project Plan. Risk and Issue Management
To Be Successful You Will
Knowledge & Experience:
- Possess excellent Business Analyst skills
- Strong analytical background with a high degree of attention to detail. Strong knowledge of DUCO and TLM tool
- Background working in cross-functional teams to drive requirements capture
- Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group
