Job Description

Manual testing experience in the banking domain; ability to create FSDs (Functional Specification Documents).
Ability to convert test scenarios from FSDs.
Ability to convert test cases from test scenarios.
Strong understanding of the testing life cycle.
Act as a bridge between the client, development partner, and offshore testing team.
Participate with the client's team in requirement validation and requirement gap analysis.
Translate business requirements into test requirements/scenarios.
Interact with business users of the client to ensure complete coverage of testing requirements.
Regular interaction with the client/core team on status updates and issue resolution.
Enable quality assurance checks on deliverables.
Design templates for test documentation.
Design and develop critical test scenarios, and review all test documentation.
Review test estimates and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Work on multiple applications of corporate banking and help convert the requirements into test cases for the Automation team.
