Role Summary
We are seeking a creative, talented, and technically strong Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in APIs, UI, QA, HTML. The ideal candidate will have exposure to implementation projects, work closely with customers and product teams, and support end-to-end delivery across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and validate e-Retail / RefX products across Desktop, KIOSK, and Mobile applications for airline customers, following the defined implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively between customers, product teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze customer systems and service requirements to support smooth product implementation.
- Provide functional validation support during implementation and cutover phases.
- Prepare, maintain, and update technical and business documentation for each deployment project.
- Complete application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Participate actively in team meetings and troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments.
- Manage development and delivery activities across the SDLC.
- Independently understand technical and functional aspects of ongoing team activities.
- Apply best coding and unit testing practices using Object-Oriented JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular/ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Work hands-on in Agile / SAFe Agile environments.
- Support end users during the Production phase by debugging issues related to PTRs (Problem Tracking Records) and CRs (Change Requests).
- Demonstrate exposure to and interest in open-source frameworks, tools, and technologies.
About the Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in coding and/or Automation QA for Angular applications.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern UI development practices.
- Ability to train clients, handle technical queries, identify process gaps, and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt as product implementations evolve frequently.
- Capable of customizing products to meet customer business needs while following best practices, standards, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with:
- HTML5, CSS3
- Object-Oriented JavaScript
- TypeScript
- Angular
- NgRX, RXJS
- Good exposure to responsive design and accessibility-compliant web development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred exposure to Microsoft Azure.
Preferred Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
