Job Description

We're looking for a Business Analyst with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering – Engaging with clients to understand business processes, pain points and objectives.
  • Documentation – Process mapping and preparation of detailed requirement documentation (SRS, FRD Etc)
  • Solution Design – Analyse business requirements and map them to Odoo Capabilities. Collaboration with technical team to extend standard Odoo features and build custom functions bridge gap between client requirements and Odoo capabilities.
  • Implementation Support - Assisting in system development and configuration process, validate system configurations and customizations through thorough testing.
  • Training – Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo systems
  • Presentations – Conduct client/prospect presentations and tailored demos in line with the client expectations.

General Requirements

  • Familiarity with project management frameworks
  • Agile & Scrum Methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving & critical-thinking abilities.
  • Experience in managing Odoo projects is a plus

Communication Skills

  • Fluency in English Required
  • Intermediate Proficiency in Hindi
  • Arabic is a plus
