We're looking for a Business Analyst with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering – Engaging with clients to understand business processes, pain points and objectives.
Documentation – Process mapping and preparation of detailed requirement documentation (SRS, FRD Etc)
Solution Design – Analyse business requirements and map them to Odoo Capabilities. Collaboration with technical team to extend standard Odoo features and build custom functions bridge gap between client requirements and Odoo capabilities.
Implementation Support - Assisting in system development and configuration process, validate system configurations and customizations through thorough testing.
Training – Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo systems
Presentations – Conduct client/prospect presentations and tailored demos in line with the client expectations.
