You'll drive customer project delivery using AI-powered, AI-led approaches. Acting as the bridge between clients — primarily UK-based — and our internal engineering teams, you'll ensure high-quality output, effective communication, and strong documentation at every stage. This role demands someone who can build genuine trust with Western clients, navigate complex project dynamics, and keep teams moving towards ambitious targets. You'll combine sharp business analysis with hands-on project management — all while championing our AI-led delivery philosophy.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client service engagements — from scoping to sign-off
- Act as the primary point of contact for Western clients, building trust and long-term relationships
- Produce clear, well-structured documentation, illustrations, prototypes, and specifications
- Drive project momentum — manage timelines, negotiate blockers, and hold teams accountable to quality targets
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal engineering, design, and AI teams
- Stay current with software engineering trends, cloud infrastructure, AI tooling, and emerging technologies
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts — helping scope proposals, estimate effort, and present solutions
- Champion Incepteo's AI-led delivery approach across all project workflows
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or client-facing delivery roles
- Proven experience working with UK or Western clients — candidates who have studied or worked in the UK are especially welcome
- Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Strong documentation and illustration skills — comfortable with wireframing, prototyping, and technical writing
- Working knowledge of databases, cloud infrastructure, programming environments, and modern tech stacks
- Ability to engage socially, build friendships within teams and with clients, while driving accountability and results
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, negotiating difficult conversations, and keeping projects on track
- Genuine interest in AI, software engineering trends, and how technology is reshaping delivery
